Q. What is a sheltered workshop?
A. A sheltered work shop is business, typically a 501(c)3 not for profit, that employs people that the State of Missouri has certified as being or having a mental or physical incapacity. The business must comply with state regulations regarding the hours that can be worked, pay rates, safety, type of work that can be perform, etc. This gives the people that usually can not find gainful employment an opportunity to have gainful employment. This provides the feeling of being a productive employee, earning their own money and each person has a job to go to each day.
Sheltered workshops do take donations to help with their operational costs. If you would like to give a donation, please contact us using our “contact us” page with your contact information and state that you want to donate to a sheltered workshop and we will make the necessary arrangement for the workshop to contact you. Q. Why does Soup Says It AllTM use a sheltered workshop?
A. Soup Says It Alltm (SSIA) has the desire to bring joy to as many people as possible while conducting business. SSIA found that the local sheltered workshops have the ability to provide a service that we can purchase. We have designed our current and will design our future products to accommodate the people at the shelter workshops. SSIA is proud to support the mission of sheltered workshops and their employees. The mission statements of the two sheltered workshops we are using are as follows: “Providing meaningful employment for adults with disabilities” and “Workshop for special people”.

Q. When I place my order online, how will I know it’s been received?
A. When you place your order on our Secure Website, you will receive an email confirming your order has been received.
Q. How can I track my gift box?
When you enter your information into our website, a tracking number will be e-mailed to you when we receive it from the US Post office.
Q. Is it safe to use my Credit Card to place an order using your website?
A. Yes. Our website uses a secure order and payment processing system. This system encrypts your credit card number prior to transmission over the Internet using secure socket layer (SSL) encryption technology.
Charges will appear on your credit card statement as Soup Says It AllTM.
We do not share your information with any third party not directly involved in processing, preparing, or shipping your order. We do not sell information to third parties.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. You must use a valid credit card. We accept Pay Pal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Charges will appear on your credit card statement as Soup Says It AllTM.
Q. Why does my Credit Card get declined?
A. For the protection of cardholders, and fraud prevention, our credit card authorization system requires billing address verification. If the billing address for your credit card does not match the address that you entered, your card will be declined. The billing address on file with your credit card must be the exact same street and zip address that you enter for the cardholder's billing address. This protects you as the cardholder from unauthorized use of your card and protects us as Merchants from receiving charge backs due to fraud.
Q. Can I send a message with my "Soup Says It AllTM" gift?
A. A gift card will be enclosed with your order stating “A Thinking of YOU Gift” from [YOUR NAME] will be filled in on the gift card so the recipient will know it is from you. You can add a brief message on the card at no additional cost.
Q. Do you offer discounts if I buy a large quantity of gift boxes? Do you offer corporate discounts?
A. Yes we do! Contact us through the contact us page with your contact information and we will discuss your needs and how we may assist in helping you.
Shipping and Delivery
Address Corrections - You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete recipient shipping address including:
- Recipient Name(s)
- Company Name (if applicable)
- Street Number and Street Name (or PO Box #)
- Floor, Suite, or Apartment Number (if applicable)
- City, State
- Zip Code
If you are unsure of any part of a delivery address, we encourage you to verify the address with your recipient before you place your order.
In the event your gift is “Undeliverable as addressed” the package will be returned to our shipping site. If your gift box is returned to us as undeliverable, we will attempt to contact you. You then have the option of re-shipping the same gift box to a new address and paying only for the shipping charge, or receiving a credit for 50% of the price of the gift box (we have a 50% restocking fee). The shipping charge and tax (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Carrier failure: Not Delivered On Time
If a parcel carrier fails to deliver your gift on time, except in the case of an act of God (including bad weather), an act of war, or high seasonal shipping volumes such as, but not limited to, Christmas, then your shipping charges may be refunded.
Q. Where do you ship Gift Boxes?
A. We ship to the fifty states of the United States. For shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, please allow an extra day for delivery. We do not ship to territories or other countries at this time.
Q. Do you ship Gift Boxes Internationally?
A. No. We can ship to YOU at a U.S. address, and then you can ship internationally.
Q. Do you ship gift boxes to Post Office Boxes?
A. Yes. Unlike most other online stores, our orders are shipped not only to businesses and residents, but we ship to Post Office Boxes. If it will not fit into the Post Office Box it is held for recipient(s) to pick up.
Determining your order’s Shipping and Delivery Schedule
To determine your order’s shipping and delivery schedule please count only BUSINESS days, Monday through Friday. Exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and all holidays that fall on business days. For your order to ship the same day, it must be placed before 10:00 AM Central Standard Time.
