Business Opportunities
You appreciate your employees … your customers … your vendors. We can help you pass the message they are cared about at the personal level! – AND do it conveniently, easily and not break your budget!
We have devised a "thinking of you gift" that fits well when an employee is out sick, or off work for an extended period of time; or it can be given just to say thank-you. Let customers know you appreciate their patronage; and a vendor that you value their services. What is better than every time the mug is used for soup, coffee or other refreshments, they will know that the company really does care about their well being!
We understand it is very important that time is spent generating revenue. That is why our service is Convenient and Quick -- it only takes minimal amount of time. Additionally it is a Cost Effective way to improve morale, dedication, and increase productivity.
We will be adding new gifts in the future. If you have a special requirement for what you would like to give, just e-mail us directly at mgmt@soupsaysitall.com with the following information (Contact name, phone number, the best time of day to call, e-mail address) or call DeWayne Stiers at 314-255-3408 who will be glad to discuss your needs.
Additional Benefit for Your Company
You can use in your advertising and public relations releases that your company supports Sheltered Workshops. A sheltered workshop is a business, typically a 501(c)3 not for profit, which employs people that the State of Missouri has certified as being or having a mental or physically challenged. The business must comply with state regulations regarding the hours that can be worked, pay rates, safety, type of work that can be perform, etc. This gives the people that usually cannot find gainful employment an opportunity to sustain gainful employment. This provides them the feeling of being a productive employee, earning their own money and being a part of the workforce in their community. They also have a job they can look forward to going to each day.
SSIA found that the local sheltered workshops have the ability to provide a service that we can purchase. We have designed our current packing process to accommodate the people at the sheltered workshops. We intend to include the same philosophy in our future products. The mission statements of the two sheltered workshops we are using are as follows: “Providing meaningful employment for adults with disabilities” and “Workshop for special people”.
SSIA, and now your company, can be proud to support the mission of sheltered workshops and their employees. This is a win for our customers, a win for SSIA and a win for the workshops. WIN – WIN - WIN
Financial details
There are several ways to control your costs when you choose to send a gift.
- First, your company can pre-purchase codes that you control from Soup Says It All (SSIA). When you give out a code it is only good for one use.
- You can pass the code to a supervisor/manager for their use as they decide.
- You can give out an appreciation certificate with the code in a sealed envelope for the recipient to use at their convenience. This gives the recipient public recognition in front of their peers or other public gatherings. Surveys on how to give recognition that is appreciated tell us that public recognition is one of the best ways to recognize an employee. With a gift that is useful as well as tasteful, they will recall that “special” day each time they use it in the future. THE GIFT THAT KEEPS GIVING!
- Since we accept credit cards, you can have your managers allotted so many gifts over a certain period of time. Your managers simply go on line an order gifts as needed. All control will reside inside your company.
- If you are still on an invoice system, we can make arrangements to invoice you on an “as purchased” basis. Since this is outside our automated system, we can do this type of invoicing at an additional cost. We issue a code specific to your company that you/management/employee will enter that authorizes us to ship the gift. We invoice monthly. Since this type of invoicing is more time consuming, there is a 15% cost added to the total cost of the order and will be added to the invoice. Our terms are: net 30 days of the invoice date. Late fees of 1.5% interest each month (18% annually) and a $5.00 late fee of on any account that is not paid by the due date.
